A: The quickest way is to submit a message to us using the Contact Us functionality on the website. We will email you back with a response (by the next working day, but usually sooner)
Q: How do I get your banking details?
A: Once your order has been placed on the website with the EFT payment option, an order confirmation will be sent to you containing our bank details.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Normal Post Office (tracking number starts with PE) and Speed Services Overnight (tracking number starts with TC) parcels can be tracked at: www.postoffice.co.za – Courier parcels (tracking number starts with NA) can be tracked at: www.fastway.co.za
Q: I’ve placed an order and want to add cards to it, can I?
A: Please refer to the Shipping page for terms and conditions related to combining orders.
Q: When will my pre-order be shipped?
Products will only be shipped after the official release date for those products. In cases where pre-order items and other items are placed on the same order, shipping will be delayed until all products are ready to be shipped. If you would like to separate deliveries, please place two separate orders and pay shipping per delivery.

Q: Do you buy cards?
A: Yes, we do. Provided that the cards are in M/NM condition, we could purchase cards either for cash or store credit. We can arrange to meet up in order to inspect the cards in Marlands, Germiston. If you are unable to get to us, we can have you send the cards to us for inspection, upon which payment will be made if the condition of the cards are as advised.
